ISOgray includes numerous functionalities to create complex fields with an MLC, combining optimal automatisation to your clinical expertise.

Multileaves.
ISOgray manages all types of multileaf equipment available on the market, including micro-multileaves. In partnership with the constructors, the exact geometric configuration of MLCs along with their physical characteristics are provided to DOSIsoft’s R&D department and integrated into the ISOgray data library.

Automatisation and flexibility.
During the beam positioning stage, management of MLCs is either:

Automatic: the leaves adjust to the contours of the PTV, excluding selected OARs.

Semi-automatic: leaves adjust to the complex field previously designed by the user, with or without margins.

Manual: the user individually shifts each leaf, either interactively or by entering coordinates.

Each action is displayed in real-time on the beam-eye view, on the DRR and on the projection to the skin.
