ISOgray offers a fast and robust multimodality registration module. Matching is achieved by maximization of mutual information between the two image series. A pyramidal and iterative approach determines the optimal transformation and avoids local minima.

Quality assurance.
The user explicitly validates the registration results by visually checking the accuracy of matching between image of images, thanks to five convenient tools: the interactive multimodality fusion, the chessboard, the diagonal and the lens.

Integration.
Registered images are converted into DICOM 3 format, and can therefore be exported to any other system of your radiotherapy unit.

Expertise.
Registration algorithms have been developed within the European MAESTRO project. Their robustness and accuracy, as well as their relevance within a professional context, have been extensively validated through numerous clinical studies.

Semi-automatic registration.
ISOgray also offers semi-automatic registration features: the user manually defines pairs of matching points between the two image modalities, such as specific anatomical regions or external landmarks.
