In just a few mouse clicks, you position a series of points along the medullar canal on sagittal views. Within seconds, the spine is automatically identified, labelled and reconstructed in 3D. Depending on your own clinical protocols, you decide to extract only the spine or the entire medullar canal. In order to properly identify the spine in inter-vertebral spaces, the structure is modeled by a set of ellipses linked by constraints from slice to slice.
