Quality Assurance for Beam and TPS

ISOgray provides a powerful toolkit for the analysis of irradiation images. Essential for commissionning for treatment planning systems and quality assurance of complex beams and treatment units.

Integrated data flow .

EXACOR is a software toolkit fully integrated into the ISOgray treatment planning system, thus facilitating the exchange of planning data.
The EXAcor toolkit addresses three major steps of quality assurance procedures:

- validation of the beam data library prior to the TPS commissioning

- simulation of IMRT beams prior to patient irradiation

- follow-up of treatment units physical stbility

Input Data .

Irradiation Images. ISOgray accepts scanned dosimetric films as well as portal images, encoded in any format. User-friendly functionalities will facilitate the alignment of irradiated images to phantom numerical data, and the converion from optical densities to dose values.

Phantom. The EXAcor toolkit is delivered with a set of numerical phantoms modelizing most common geometrical and physical properties of irradiation phantoms. Upon request, DOSIsoft customer support will generate specific phantoms to fit your anthropomorphic or IMRT test plans.

Dose analysis.
Powerful analysis indices that integrate dosimetric and spatial information are calculated to facilitate decision making:

- Relative difference
- Normalized Agreement Test (NAT)
- Distance to Agreement (DTA)
- Gamma index
