Maintenance solutions that follow your center’s evolution

DOSIsoft provides a one-year warranty on software and hardware. Beyond this period 3 maintenance contracts are proposed:

ISOyellow : corrective hardware and software maintenance. DOSIsoft ensures remote assistance within 4 hours, on-site intervention within 2 days (*).

ISOrange : corrective hardware and evolutive software maintenance: take advantage of a minimum of 2 updates and 1 new version each year.

ISOred : evolutive hardware and software maintenance. DOSIsoft replaces your workstation RAM and chips every 3 years for up-to-date models. By selecting this option, you plan your budget only once every 3 years.
