The IMAgo module of the ISOgray suite can be provided as an independent multimodality image segmentation system.
It supports CT, MRI, PET, SPECT, and CBCT images. It allows multimodality registration and gives the possibility to precisely identify and delineate target volumes and organs at risk with efficient features for segmentation of anatomical structures. Advanced solutions are provided for Atlas-Based automatic segmentation, 4D image processing (respiration) and adaptive radiotherapy.
In just a few mouse clicks, you position a series of points along the medullar canal on sagittal views. Within seconds, the spine is automatically identified, labelled and reconstructed in 3D. Depending on your own clinical protocols, you decide to extract only the spine or the entire medullar canal. In order to properly identify the spine in inter-vertebral spaces, the structure is modeled by a set of ellipses linked by constraints from slice to slice. The high level of robustness of this functionality ensures accuracy, reproducibility and increased productivity.
After clinical examination a metallic marker is taped around the mammary gland for CT acquisition. A specifically designed algorithm uses this information combined with breast-air and mammary gland contrast to automatically extract a 3D structure representative of the target volume. The operator is only requested to determine the internal and external limits on a single slice. In both cases, the entire breast contouring is performed within seconds. This structure can be further edited by the radiation oncologist who takes the responsibility of the target volume delineation. Dedicated tools are also provided for automatic tangential beams set-up. In a mouse click, you have achieved the most time-consuming part of your treatment plan.
