Virtual simulation | SIMAgo

The SIMAgo module of the ISOgray suite  can be provided as an independent virtual simulation system.

 SIMAgo offers fast and intuitive solution for beam definition and positioning in relationship with multimodality images and structures obtained from the IMAgo module. Both modules are fully integrated and interact efficiently.

SIMAgo can be used in real time, in conjunction with image acquisition, providing in seconds a provisional beam set-up. It can also be part of the dose planning process. It is designed to decrease the time dedicated to planning and ensure security.

Apply your treatment... with no patient

As if you were there.
SIMAgo offers an actual modeling of your treatment room. Real geometric parameters of the LINACs, accessories and couch are integrated into the SIMAgo database. While positioning the beams, the user visualizes in real-time the exact configuration of the treatment.    

Certified configurations.
During planning, the application alerts you if a geometric configuration can not be achieved. The system continuously analyzes the possible collisions between the elements of the scene: the actual patient 3D reconstruction generated from the CT images, the collimator, the shadow tray, the portal imaging...
 

Enhanced security.
During treatment, you reduce the time needed for preparation and enhance security: technicians position the patient on the couch as well as the various elements, and a quick glance confirms that orientations agree with the model previously planned.  

Innovation.
DOSIsoft is currently developing techniques for image fusion between the actual reconstruction of the patient and a full body model, previously acquired. Then you will be able to complete the simulation by adding missing anatomy.
