Dose planning - A solution for each prescription

The complete ISOgray suite constitute the ISOgray TPS, benefiting from the advanced functionnalities of the image registration  module (IMAgo) and of the virtual simulation module (SIMAgo). The dose calculation and analysis module is fully interactive, allowing fast optimization of treatment plans, intercomparison of rival solutions and secure export to the Record and Verify system. Inverse and aperture based plannning  are available for IMRT techniques.  

  • Adapt the calculation algorithm to clinical context
ISOgray offers 3 different dose calculation algorithms for photon beams, covering 3 levels of physical and mathematical complexity:
  • 2D Primary-Scatter decomposition, with or without inhomogenity correction
  • Collapsed Cone Point kernel superposition, with voxel based inhomogeneity correction
  • Monte Carlo, based on the Penelope code.
For electron beams, pencil beam and Monte Carlo calculations are available.Algorithm validation based on recommendations from IAEA (TECDOC 1540). Algorithms are fully parallelized, and computation time is optimized to allow fluent clinical use.
